It is your responsibility to insure your package. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is issued, it will only cover the cost of services paid to us and will not include shipping expenses. We ship items back uninsured; it is your responsibility to request insured shipping in writing if desired.
Repairs
Our repairs are conducted by highly trained, SR-Certified technicians following strict guidelines set by us and various U.S. Departments. Human errors can occur, and for such cases, our liability is limited to providing a full refund of the service cost. We are not responsible for any missing property related to the original items shipped, including small components like bolts or screws.
Liability & Safety
We are not responsible for the consequences of improper service or repair procedures performed elsewhere that might compromise vehicle safety or personal safety. Standard safety procedures and precautions are recommended at all times to prevent personal injury or damage.
