The Team

Our team consists of salesman, customer service representatives, seat belt technicians, SRS programmers and shipping/receiving personnel. And of course it's the shipping and receiving personnel that are the final guys that make the 24 hour turnaround happen. Or do they? Let's break it down. We have seat belt technicians that come to work as early as 4am to make sure every single seat belt from the day before is done and the shipping guys make sure they're packaged and out the door before the carrier pickup is at our company! So every employee plays quite a significant role into making the 24 hour turnaround promise a reality. 

SRS Airbag Module Reset

So we touched base with the seat belt technicians coming in early and staying late to make sure everything is done and out the door in 24 hours, but what about the airbag module? Well if the order has 2 seat belts and 1 SRS airbag module, we can't ship the order back even if the seat belts are done until the module is reset! So again, every single employee plays a role.

You choose your carrier and ship! 

Once we receive the order, we put it in the system and you (the customer) gets an email showing exactly when we received the package and what we received. Following this update, once the repair is done, you'll get another email update! And of course once the order ships, you'll get a tracking number! 

Of course for all of this to work, it is very important we have your email and phone # in case we have to reach you. As with any service repair, there could be something that goes wrong or a question arises, so having a way to get in contact with you fast helps!
